An evening walk to Old Portlethen beach on the 22nd July to capture some images
The tide was going out and this is taken from the pebble beach. I took a number of shots at different exposure but thought this showed more detail of the foreground but by doing this the sky has lost its colour.
The setting were :-

My first day out on the 19th July using manual settings on my "coastline" theme.


This was taken just north of Stonehaven looking towards the golf course.

The settings were :-

As I was taking some shots of the coastline north of Stonehaven out at sea this bird was spotted on a rock drying its wings

This is at Dunnottar Castle which is situated just south of Stonehaven. This is where portions of the 1990 film Hamlet starring Mel Gibson and Glenn Close were shot.
